Pooldemon² is a free HTTP packet sniffer coded in C++. Please feel free to check this program out if you are looking to do HTTP monitoring. The program is a stand-alone executable that leverages WinPCap drivers do the sniffing. This tool will alert you by blinking the system tray icon when it detects outbound HTTP requests.
